For centuries
men and women
knew there were
differences
between the
sexes. In the
past 2 decades
of the 20th
century there
has been an
explosion of
scientific
research into
what makes the
sexes
different.
Discoveries in
human biology
now provide a
comprehensive
framework to
help us
understand who
we are and why.
The sexes are
different
because their
brains are
different.
Brain sex
explores
these exciting
and sometimes
controversial
discoveries.
