October 2009 - MIPCOM 2009 REPORT
Canamedia was proud to come to MIPCOM 2009 this year with more new HD titles in its catalogue than ever before. At the market International Sales Manager, Andrea Stokes, met with no less than 60 broadcasters over 4 hectic days, all of whom took back screeners to view for acquisition.
On the production front, new Canamedia series for include Struggle for Justice (True Crime,10 x 60’ HD), The Horse (History/Anthropology, 6 x 60' HD) and Mickey (Children's Live Action/Animation, 25 x 15' HD.) New series in development for 2009 include The Real Joey Lawrence (Reality/Travel/Arts, 7 x 60' HD) and Soccer Shrines (13 x 30’ HD.)
