A dynamic new outdoor lifestyle television series based on skiing and snowboarding adventures set in British Columbia’s (Canada) rugged west coast. Big Coast takes the viewer on a ride to one of the most remote and beautiful regions on Earth - from the Coast Mountains surrounding Whistler and Vancouver Island to the fjords and inlets of Bella Coola and northward. Hosted by top international athletes, Big Coast utilizes decades of BC mountain experience, coast mountain heli-skiing and snowcat operations. Although based in winter sport, Big Coast also presents several feature adventures each season, including endeavours such as whitewater rafting, deep-sea salmon fishing and hiking/photographing wildlife such as the Kermode (Spirit Bear).
