With Co-hosts HENRY WASZCZUK & ITALO LABIGNAN CANADIAN SPORTFISHING is a national network television show hosted by Henry Waszczuk and Italo Labignan. It has been bringing exciting angling action to homes across North America tor more than a decade on TSN (The Sports Network).

The 1996/97 season will be more dynamic than ever including exciting salmon action from the B.C. coast, river fly fishing in the Arctic, exploring the James Bay frontier, catching trophy pike and walleye in Ontario's north... and much, much more. The primary target for Canadian Sportfishing is predominately male (70% male 30% female) between the ages of 18-45.

Fishing fits with the values and changing lifestyles of the '9Q's. It reflects the back to the natural, more ecological, less stressful way of life. With 286 episodes completed to date and having Henry and Italo as hosts The Canadian Sportfishing show has produced large, steady ratings.

Both Henry Waszczuk and Italo Labignan are highly respected professional fisherman who bring a wealth of knowledge and exciting fishing to the show making it one of North America's most popular fishing series. When North Americans think of FISHING-they think of HENRY AND ITALO.
